In case you missed the O’Fallon Weekly‘s notice about the library’s Chinese New Year celebration, here’s a chance to catch up.

As usual, Teri Rankin, youth services manager and the staff in the Kids Place, planned a fun and informative event complete with a story-time, an appearance by a dragon, and craft stations.
