This Saturday (August 20) at 2pm!

This event is geared towards parents and other caregivers who want to provide healthier snack options. Children may attend as well, provided they are accompanied by an adult. During this class we will discuss practical snacks that taste great and are easy to incorporate into your child’s lifestyle. Participants will get hands on and create and enjoy healthy snacks using fruits and vegetables.

Presented by First Fitness Nutrition Certified Wellness Coach, Carol Simpson. Since 2010, Carol has helped clients with a wide range of nutritional needs to improve their mental and physical health. Additionally, her clients are taught how to make positive live long changes in their eating and exercise habits. Carol’s specialties are weight loss, healthy eating strategies for diabetics, vegetarian meal planning, mindful eating, and leading a healthy lifestyle.
