This November, the library will be collecting toys for Caritas Family Solutions. Caritas manages the largest foster care program in Southern Illinois.
We ask for your help to ensure every child in care has a special holiday this year.
To participate, donate new, unwrapped toys at O’Fallon Public Library from now until December 3.
