Just in time for the Summer Reading Program, we have added a new feature to our website – 12 Reading Lists featuring about 30 newer titles in each category. Whether it’s a Cozy Mystery or the latest Non-Fiction titles added to our collection, you can peruse books by type including Westerns, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Romance, Historical Fiction, Christian/Religious, LGBTQ, Graphic Novels, Manga, and the newer Young Adult books.
Step 1 – The get started, click on My OFPL on our homepage.
Step 2 – Click on Reading Suggestions from the drop-down menu
Step 3 – Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Reading Lists.
After you select a list, our catalog will open to view the titles and a brief summary. You can request an item by logging into your account.
These lists will be updated monthly to reflect recently added books.
Also, we welcome suggestions for titles to add to the lists as well as ideas for additional lists. Please feel free to come in and share your thoughts or get some other recommendations.
