This, Saturday, August 6th, 2016, at 10am, the library will be holding the last class in Sloan McBride’s writing workshop series.
If you have ever aspired to write a great novel, a short story, or anything in between, then this is the summer for your adventure. Sloan McBride is a multi-published romance author who lives in the paranormal. She has been published since 2007. A lot has happened in the writing industry since then and she wants to share her experiences and what she’s learned along the way.
She and her daughter are giving a writers’ workshop all summer for those who are struggling, just beginning, or have mastered a few things. This will be an interactive workshop. You will brainstorm, hash out scenes, develop characters, and much more so be prepared to see your work taking shape.
Bring with you whatever you use to write (notebooks, laptop), as well as any started works, or ideas for new works.
