The literary and movie-going patrons at our library were reeling recently from the loss of Alan Rickman, known to so many as Severus Snape from the Harry Potter franchise.

Out of all of the online tributes (and there were many), I found this one to be the most touching: this video is a collection of all of the moments that Professor Snape appeared in the films in chronological order.

Rest in Peace, Alan Rickman.
