Come experience the Joy, Relaxation, Health benefits and improvement in Quality of
Life with Gentle Yoga! These classes are for beginners, seniors, and for those people who have not practiced yoga for a while. We will do stretches based on yoga principles, basic yoga postures, yoga breathing, deep relaxation and or a short meditation.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, and to dress comfortably. A limited number of mats can be provided for class use.
