Yoga at the Library

Back in January 2016 by popular demand: Yoga classes at the library!

Get back to the basics of proper alignment and positioning in common yoga poses. This is a beginning yoga class with a focus on alignment in standing and seated poses. Beginning students will find this class accessible and informative. Those who have been doing yoga for a while will enjoy deeper exploration of the pose while ensuring they are in the correct position. Class will conclude with End Relaxation. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, and to dress comfortably. A limited number of mats can be provided for class use.

Presented by Registered Yoga Teachers, Sara and Chris, of Mahari Yoga.

Classes will be held in the O’Fallon Public Library Community Room.

This is a free event and open to the general public. Please register soon as space is limited. CLICK HERE to register.
